E-bikes and scooters ship from ENGWE's EU warehouses in France and Poland. Denmark sits in the "other EU countries" group, so count 7 to 10 business days by DPD at no charge; FedEx express costs €50, about 375 kr. Processing starts within 2 business days of the confirmation email and the parcel leaves on the third; the tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Accessories ordered alone take 7 to 10 business days from the EU or 7 to 15 from China. Once a parcel has shipped it cannot be stopped or redirected without paying the return shipping and a handling fee, so check the address before you confirm.

Returns and cancellations: read this before you order

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, and you must email service.dk@engwe.com first; parcels sent without approval are refused. A change-of-mind return is only accepted if the bike is unused with under 10 km on the display, complete in its original box with charger, keys and hardware, and you have the receipt. In that case ENGWE deducts a shipping and handling fee of €200 per e-bike (about 1.490 kr) and €100 per battery, and you pay the return shipping to the warehouse in Stryków, Poland. Accessories bought in a sale, custom orders and free gifts are not returnable. Cancelling before dispatch is free, and orders leave on the third business day, so you have a short window. If the bike arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, ENGWE sends a return label and replaces it or refunds you in full. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection and take 3 to 10 business days to reach your account.

Warranty terms

12 months on the frame, fork, handlebar, folding tubes and seat post; 12 months on the motor, battery (replaced below 60% capacity), controller, charger, display, cables, brake levers and sensors; 6 months on lights, kickstand, fenders, racks, pedals, cranks, chain, derailleur, hubs and shock; 3 months on saddle, plastics, brake rotors, pads and cables; 1 month on tyres. Water damage, crashes and modifications are excluded, and accessories bought separately are only covered if dead on arrival.
