That P275 SE price is the reason to read on: the Dutch store is the only ENGWE store selling it for €949 rather than €999, and it ships with a free rack and fenders. The thing to know before you order is the €200 fee on a change-of-mind return, which goes back to Poland.

How the code works

1. Click Get Coupon on any offer above. The code is copied and a second later nl.engwe.com opens through our partner link. The link stores the code in the shop, so you do not need to type it.
2. Add a bike or scooter to the cart. Skip the newsletter pop-up: it promises 2% on a later order and does not combine with our 10%. The cart total is already 10% lower.
3. Open the checkout. Under the product you see the tag MUHAMMADHANZALA and the line "Kortingscode MUHAMMADHANZALA" with the amount taken off, for example "-€ 189,90" on the E26 3.0 Pro. If the tag is missing, paste the code into the "Kortingscode" field and press Toepassen.

Delivery: 7 to 10 business days, free by DPD

E-bikes and scooters ship from ENGWE's EU warehouses in France and Poland. The Netherlands sits in the "other EU countries" group, so count 7 to 10 business days by DPD at no charge; FedEx express costs €50. Processing starts within 2 business days of the confirmation email and the parcel leaves on the third; the tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Accessories ordered alone take 7 to 10 business days from the EU or 7 to 15 from China. Once a parcel has shipped it cannot be stopped or redirected without paying the return shipping and a restocking fee, and the courier may make only one delivery attempt before leaving the parcel at a pick-up point, so check the address before you confirm.

Returns and cancellations: read this before you order

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, and you must email service.nl@engwe.com first; parcels sent without approval are refused. A change-of-mind return is only accepted if the bike is unused with under 10 km on the display, clean, in its original box with charger, keys and hardware. In that case ENGWE deducts a restocking and shipping fee of €200 per e-bike, and you pay the return shipping to the warehouse in Wrocław, Poland. Cancelling before dispatch costs 5% of the order; cancelling or refusing the parcel after dispatch costs €200. If the bike arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, ENGWE exchanges or refunds it within 30 days, though its policy keeps a €100 shipping charge on faulty returns. After 30 days a fault is handled as a warranty repair. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection and take 3 to 10 business days to reach your account. These are ENGWE's terms; your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies alongside them.

Warranty terms

12 months on the frame, fork, handlebar, folding tubes and seat post; 12 months on the motor, battery (replaced below 60% capacity), controller, charger, display, cables, brake levers and sensors; 6 months on lights, kickstand, fenders, racks, pedals, cranks, chain, derailleur, hubs and shock; 3 months on saddle, plastics, brake rotors, pads and cables; 1 month on tyres. Water damage, crashes, modifications and repairs at unapproved workshops are excluded, and accessories bought separately are only covered if dead on arrival. Claims go to service.nl@engwe.com with your order number and a photo or short video. The L20 3.0 Boost and L20 3.0 Pro currently ship with a free second year; other bikes can add an extended warranty, which has to be in the same order as the bike. ENGWE publishes a map of partner repair workshops, but ask for its approval before taking the bike there.
