Applying the code, step by step

This is the strongest argument for the Polish store. E-bikes and scooters ship from ENGWE's EU warehouses and reach Polish addresses in 2 to 5 business days with Ambroexpress at no charge. FedEx is offered as an alternative for 220 zł if you want a specific carrier. Accessories ordered on their own take 7 to 10 business days because some come from China. Processing starts within 2 business days of the confirmation email and the tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves. Once a bike has shipped it cannot be redirected for free, so check the address before you confirm.

Returns and cancellations: read this before you order

ENGWE gives 30 days from delivery to return a bike you simply do not want, but the conditions are strict and the fees are high. The bike must be unused with under 10 km on the display, clean, in the original box with charger, keys and accessories. For a change-of-mind return the store deducts a restocking and shipping fee of 852 zł per bike from the refund. Cancelling before dispatch costs a 5% handling fee; cancelling after dispatch costs the same 852 zł. If the bike arrives faulty, ENGWE replaces it or refunds you within the first 30 days, though its policy says a 426 zł shipping charge is not refunded. After 30 days faults are handled as warranty repairs. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of inspection and take another 3 to 10 business days to reach your bank. Warranty terms

12 months on the frame, motor, battery and electrical parts (controller, display, charger, brake sensors); 6 months on mechanical parts such as kickstand, fenders, pedals, chain, derailleur, brake discs and pads; 1 month on tires. Modified bikes and water damage are excluded. Claims go to service.pl@engwe.com with your order number and a photo or video of the fault; ENGWE usually asks for a short diagnostic before sending parts. Two ways to get more cover: the L20 3.0 Boost, L20 3.0 Pro and EP-2 3.0 Boost currently ship with a free second year, and a 1-year extension is on sale for 169 zł (list 507.90 zł) or 3 years for 689 zł.
