Accessories ordered alone take 7 to 10 business days from the EU or 7 to 15 from China. Returns and cancellations: read this before you order

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, and you must email service.se@engwe.com first; parcels sent without approval are refused. 12 months on the frame, fork, handlebar, folding tubes and seat post; 12 months on the motor, battery (replaced below 60% capacity), controller, charger, display, cables, brake levers and sensors; 6 months on lights, kickstand, fenders, racks, pedals, cranks, chain, derailleur, hubs and shock; 3 months on saddle, plastics, brake rotors, pads and cables; 1 month on tyres.
