What is Vevor?

Vevor is an online-only brand that sells tools, workshop equipment, kitchen appliances and outdoor power gear from one store. It ships to the US, Canada, Australia and most of Western Europe, and the store opens in your region's currency. The company started selling online in 2007 and says it has served more than 30 million customers in over 30 countries.

What Vevor sells

Vevor sells equipment that a trade shop or a serious home workshop would otherwise buy from a distributor, in 25+ product categories:

• Workshop and automotive equipment: engine hoists, tire changers, lifts.
• Outdoor power gear: pressure washers, log splitters, chainsaw accessories.
• Restaurant and kitchen appliances: ice machines, food warmers, refrigeration.
• Crafting machines: heat presses, laser engravers, vinyl cutters.
• Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, building materials and sports gear.

The products are own-brand items made to order in volume. Product names are long and similar models differ in capacity, so compare model numbers and specifications carefully.

How ordering works

1. Pick your region in the top bar if the store did not detect it, so prices show in your currency.
2. Add what you need to the cart and open the checkout.
3. Pay by card, PayPal, Klarna or Afterpay, depending on your country.

Shipping and delivery

• Free shipping on all products, except some remote areas.
• Delivery time: 2 to 6 business days for standard items after 1 to 2 days of processing. Heavy items (over 66 lbs) and oversized items (over 108 inches long) take 10 to 15 working days.
• Remote-area fees: Alaska and Hawaii are charged by weight ($70 to $1,000 for 0 to 2,000 lbs), remote Canadian addresses C$30 to C$240, selected European locations €5 to €40 per order or item. Australian and Spanish remote fees show at checkout.
• Regions served: the US, Canada, Australia and most of Western Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark and more). A number of islands and overseas territories are excluded; the checkout tells you if your postcode is not served.

Returns and refunds

• 30-day returns from delivery for items in original condition. Covered reasons include damaged on arrival, wrong item, not as described, quality issues and missing parts.
• Prepaid return label: once support approves the return, Vevor emails a FedEx label; you print it and drop the parcel off. No restocking fee is listed.
• Refund timing: 3 to 15 business days to a credit card, 1 to 2 days to PayPal (up to 30 in some cases), up to 14 days for Klarna, 3 to 5 days for Afterpay.
• How to start: contact support with the order number and photos or a short video of the problem; the team answers within 24 hours.

Warranty

Vevor gives 90 days of quality assurance for manufacturing defects plus a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. An optional VEVOR Protection Plan extends cover by 1, 2 or 3 years.
