Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn shoes in their original box with the tags, one return or exchange per order. Request it first through the returns centre or the contact form, with your order number and email. Parcels sent back without an approved request are refused.
You pay the return postage unless the shoes are defective or the wrong item was sent. In that case Saguaro pays or ships a new pair. The original shipping fee and any shipping guarantee are not refunded. Size exchanges are free according to the FAQ. The optional Return Shipping Guarantee Service makes any return free of postage.
