Wandernana Store Guide

What is Wandernana?

Wandernana is a French brand of infusions and drink powders. The brand sells them for appetite control, detox, a flatter stomach and sleep, and says they are made in French laboratories. It ships from France to ten countries. The site is in French with an English version, and the checkout is in French only. The brand describes its products as food supplements, not medicines, and says results depend on a balanced diet and exercise.

What Wandernana sells

The catalogue holds about twenty products between €9.90 and €75.90. Prices below were read from wandernana.com on 21 September 2026. All claims about effects are the brand's own.

• Magic powder (€32.90, 300 g): the best seller, which the brand calls an appetite moderator. You mix it in water, in berries or exotic fruits flavour. Also sold as single sticks (€12.90).
• Power detox+ (€29.90): the brand's detox drink powder, berries flavour, also as a stick (€10.90).
• Detox express (€16.90): a 7-day infusion, three cups a day after meals. The brand calls it the first step whatever your goal.
• Wander slim and extrem burn (€16.90 each): infusions of 14 days and more that the brand presents for weight loss and fat burning, in peach or berries.
• Queues de cerises (€9.90 to €12.90): a cherry-stem infusion the brand calls draining. It is the only product the brand's FAQ clears for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Black night (€9.90 for 15 days): an evening infusion the brand presents for sleep.
• Premium collagène (€32.90 a month): collagen powder, berries flavour.
• The boxes: box challenge 21 jours (€45.90), the Boost version (€75.90), box brûle graisse (€45.90), box ventre plat (€38.40) and the duo maxi action (€62.80).

If you are new to the brand, a single detox express sachet or one pot of magic powder is a sensible first order. Try a single product before a multipack, because opened products cannot be returned.

Shipping and delivery

Wandernana ships from France to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Andorra. There is no free-shipping threshold, so the delivery fee is part of the real price. On 21 September 2026 a €26 order cost:

The exact rate appears at checkout once you enter your address. Pickup and standard delivery take 3 to 7 days after dispatch, express delivery 24 to 48 hours, and a tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves. Prices are the same in euros for every country. For Switzerland, the carrier may collect import charges. The checkout does not ship to the UK, the Netherlands or outside Europe, even though the FAQ mentions international delivery. The country list at checkout is the one that counts.

Returns and refunds

French consumer law applies. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your order without giving a reason. Products must be complete and unopened in their original packaging. Opened infusions or powders are not taken back.

Email contact@wandernana.com with the withdrawal form from the site and your five-digit order number. You pay the return shipping, and the original delivery fee is not refunded. The refund arrives within 14 days by the original payment method, possibly after the parcel is received. A damaged or incomplete parcel must be reported within 30 days with photos.

What customers say

Wandernana holds 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from more than 3,400 reviews, about six in ten of them five stars. The one-star reviews, about two in ten, mostly mention slow deliveries and taste. The brand's own FAQ suggests adding lemon, mint or cinnamon if an infusion is not to your liking.

Is Wandernana legit?

Wandernana is a real French brand with a large customer base. The brand says its products are food supplements, not medicines, that results depend on a balanced diet and exercise, and that anyone on medication should ask a doctor first. It names only the cherry-stem infusion as compatible with pregnancy or breastfeeding.
